CONNECT WITH YOUR HEART

It is an experience to connect with the desires of the heart beyond what we think we want or need.
No one but you knows what you really need to evolve with love and empathy to your own processes. For that you need the conscious listening of your heart.

– Conscious breathing:
Breathing is the most powerful tool to connect with the present moment, the only real thing, what is happening here and now.

– Guided Meditation:
Through my words I remind the patient that we are learning from life, removing weight and letting go of control of the mind and physical body, allowing rest and deep relaxation.

Opening the heart with the drum:
The Native American drum connects us with the beat of our heart, giving thanks for our existence and vitality. By being thankful we can connect with the love and gratitude of everything that exists as it is. Acceptance gives us peace, health and a state of harmony and joy.

– Trip and harmonization with quartz and metal bowls:
Through the healing sounds of the bowls we can connect with the deepest and most crystalline available in us, connecting with our beautiful vulnerability to let go of ego/control and be the most genuine. since it is true we can make decisions from the heart in our continuous present and thus evolve in this life school. We also create visualizations of love to empower what we want to believe to create our reality.

– Message from the Oracle:
To close the meeting each participant takes a message from the oracle to connect the message of the day Closing
It is important to consciously close these spaces of opening and group connection, for which a time of closing in love is allocated.
